Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sentrick Industrial, provided by Anima Technology: Sensor & Tracking Solutions, LLC ("Sentrick", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing hardware, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Sentrick Industrial provides AI-assisted industrial-safety monitoring, alerts, and a safety dashboard. The service is a tool to help you stay informed; it is not a substitute for a professional site safety program, trained personnel, or emergency services, and we do not guarantee prevention of any incident.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to monitor the site, equipment, and workers covered by the service, in compliance with applicable workplace and privacy laws.

3. Subscriptions & billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Hardware is sold as a one-time purchase and is yours to keep.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to harass, unlawfully surveil any worker or person, nor in any manner prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, monitoring, and notice laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Hardware

Sensors and edge devices are covered by the warranty provided at purchase. Proper installation and a compatible site network are required for the service to function as intended.

6. Intellectual property

Sentrick, Sentrick Industrial, BSIP™, and related marks and software are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own operations.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves. Edge processing helps maintain core detection even during connectivity loss.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentrick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from an incident the service did not detect or prevent. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
