How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed per zone and start as soon as you subscribe. Add zones anytime, and cancel whenever you like — you keep access through the end of the paid period.
How is pricing determined?
Industrial Starter is $29.99/month and covers 1 gateway, 10 sensors, 5 users and 1 site. Start on one site, prove the value, then scale. Additional gateways are $14.99/month and sensor packs of 10 are $9.99/month. Volume and public-sector pricing is available — talk to us.
Do I need hardware?
You need a compatible device on what you want monitored. Sentrick devices can be purchased outright or bundled, and the platform is vendor-neutral, so compatible devices you already run may work too.
Who owns the data?
You do. The platform is built with encryption, role-based access, and configurable retention so you keep control of your records — important for enterprise and public-sector programs.
Can I integrate it with my existing systems?
Yes — the Enterprise plan includes an open API so BSIP™ status and events can flow into your existing tooling and dashboards.
