Anima Technology: Sensor & Tracking Solutions, LLC ("Sentrick", "we", "us") operates Sentrick Industrial, an AI industrial-safety monitoring platform that turns sensor and site data into clear, explainable risk alerts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We design Sentrick Industrial around a simple principle: process on the edge, share the minimum.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — name, email, and authentication details you provide when you sign up.
  • Operational data — site identifiers, zone definitions, worker roles, and equipment status needed to deliver monitoring.
  • Detection results — behavioral risk events and status classifications (BSIP™ status) such as hazard-zone entry, unsafe conditions, and equipment risks, derived from site sensor signals. By default, devices process data locally and send results — not raw data streams — to the cloud.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & diagnostics — limited technical logs to keep the service reliable and secure.

2. How we use information

  • To deliver monitoring, alerts, and the management dashboard.
  • To learn a normal behavioral baseline and detect anomalies.
  • To process subscriptions and hardware orders.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

3. Edge-first processing

Wherever possible, signal analysis happens on the edge device at the site itself. Only the results required to keep you informed are transmitted, minimizing the raw sensor data that leaves your facility.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (such as cloud hosting and Stripe for payments), under contract, and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety.

5. Data retention

Event and incident history is retained according to your plan, after which it is deleted on a rolling basis. Account and billing records are kept as required for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your information is core to what we do.

7. Your choices

  • Access, update, or delete your account data by contacting us.
  • Adjust monitoring settings at any time.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time; your hardware remains yours.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
